Delivery
Delivery to all addresses within the UK (including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands, and BFPO) costs just £3.95 per order for orders under £100, or spend over £100 and have your order delivered completely free!
Subject to credit card security checks and stock availability we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (except at weekends and Bank Holidays). Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days.
All orders will require a signature upon receipt, so please ensure someone is available to receive your order (sorry no, we can’t leave it behind the dustbin if you’re not in!). You can choose to have your order delivered to your workplace or an alternative address instead. If you’re not in when your parcel arrives your Postie will leave a card letting you know how you can collect it. Please note that we do not deliver to PO boxes, mail drop boxes or courier forwarding addresses of any kind.
We do deliver to EU destinations and other selected countries worldwide. Delivery to EU addresses is charged at £7.95 per order, and delivery outside the EU is charged at £9.95 per order. Please allow 3-10 working days. If resident outside the European Union you may be liable for local import duties upon receipt of your order.
Payment
We use Protx to securely process all our payments. Your card will only be debited once your order has been approved. We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Solo, and Amex. Please make sure you go shopping with your own card, not somebody else's, or we won't be very happy.
Stock Availability
All orders placed on our website are subject to stock availability. We are a small boutique and stock is limited. We do our best to keep stock levels updated at all times, but occasionally an item that appears on our website may have already sold out. We will of course contact you immediately if any item you order becomes unavailable.
Sizes that are out of stock or sold out will be shown greyed out in the size selection menu. |

Returns
We offer a full 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases from our website. We simply require that your purchase is returned unworn and in its original condition, complete with all its original tickets still attached, within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Please note that we operate a different returns policy in our boutique.
Returning Goods to Us
Drop us an email at returns@myarosa.co.uk quoting your order number and we will issue you with a returns number.
Items to be returned must not have been worn (other than to try on) or washed and must still be in their original condition, with all their original tickets still attached. We are unable to accept the return of any item where there is any indication that these instructions have not been followed.
Please ensure the items are wrapped securely, with a note of your returns number included in the parcel. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and for your protection we strongly recommend you use an insured postal service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Always obtain proof of posting.
Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of your returned items. Please note that we cannot refund the original cost of delivery.
